What we believe...

You might be asking yourself what it is we actually believe here. Well, thanks for asking! Allow us to explain...

We believe in God. The one God, creator of everything, including us. We believe that God exists and will continue to exist eternally in three persons; the Father (God), the Son (Jesus), and the Holy Spirit. Basically, you get three in one. Pretty cool deal, eh?

The Bible tells us we are made in God's image, except for one thing: He is God and we are not. He is perfect and without sin. But as humans with free will, we have all sinned and will continue to do so which separates us from this perfect God.

But lucky for us, there's a way to bridge that separation. God is offering us a free relationship, and the free will He has given us allows us the choice to accept this relationship He's offering or reject it.

Although God is all-powerful, we also believe He is a loving and merciful God and none (absolutely NONE) of our actions could ever cause him to reject us. He will always love and pursue us.

In fact, God loves us SO much he sent his only son, Jesus, to die so we could ultimately live. We also believe Jesus had a choice and could have freed himself from death, but He instead chose to die because He knew it was the only thing that would bridge the gap between us and God.

Interested yet? Because that's SERIOUS love. And if you believe it, tell Him! His amazing, free gift is waiting for anyone who chooses to receive it. Pretty cool, right?

You may be saying to yourself that you don't deserve it, and you're right. NONE of us do. But that's what we call grace. And God gives that endlessly and lovingly.
