Sunday Morning

(all groups are open to new members any week!)

New Adult Sunday Morning Life Groups

Heart, Soul, Strength (July and August) Taught by Bill Bates, Lower Level Room 112. What does it mean to be the covenant people of God? These sessions, drawn from the history of ancient Israel, give important direction to all who would live faithful lives for God, today.

The Holy Spirit, the Forgotten God (June-August) Taught by Fred and Linda Beane, Lower Level Room 128.

Based on the riveting book by Francis Chan, who issues a compelling invitation to understand, embrace, and follow the Holy Spirit's direction in our lives. We pray in the name of the Father, the Son, and...the Holy Spirit, but how often do we live with an awareness of only the first two persons of the Trinity? As Jesus ascended into heave, He promised to send the Holy Spirit - the Helper- so that we could be true and living witnesses for Christ. Unfortunately, today's church has admired the gift but neglected to open it.
