Live 101:  You’ve been watching and waiting for the right time to jump in with both feet. You’ve been hanging around wondering how you can know more about this Jesus person. Was he just a historical figure? And what does it mean to be a Christ-follower anyway? This class covers an introductory look at the Bible along with hard questions people ask about Christianity, like “Why do bad things happen to good people,” and “Is the Bible really truth?”

 

Grow 201:  Are you tired of only looking at the Bible at the surface? It’s time to go deeper, layer by layer, and discover the worlds below for your self! This class is an in-depth look at what the Bible says to you! Learn HOW to study scriptures for yourself, as each class will select a book and break-it-down. This class will also cover the top 25 most used verses and how they apply to your life.

 

Give 301: Giving is a verb….so don’t plan to sit down! This class will start with a spiritual assessment inventory (a fancy way to say “find what you’re good at”) but the majority of the class will be YOU being the “hands and feet” of Jesus by serving those in the church as well as outside the church. Try some ministries on for size and apprentice along side others as they serve Jesus through their abilities and giftedness.

 

Go 401:  Your neighbor just told you she has cancer. Your co-worker knows you go to church and asks lots of questions. What to do? Join this class and get comfortable with your faith! Learn how to ask the right questions and give valuable answers to those who are seeking. Learn how to share with others how being a Christ-follower has changed your life and gives you hope.

Consider how your perspective would change if you found out you had thirty days to live. After the initial shock, you'd probably resolve to squeeze all you could from the days that remain. You'd say what you really think. You'd love with abandon. You'd focus on whatever you care about most. In short, you'd stop wasting precious time, and in whatever time you had left, you'd throw yourself into becoming the person God intended you to be.

Why wait to answer the longing of your heart? You can live this way now, thriving in a life of passion and purpose as you engage fully in each day.
